Our Team
Marilyn Nagel is the founder and CEO of Ready-Aim-Aspire. She has an unusual background that includes over 30 years of experience in the corporate world as a C-Suite executive, a professional therapist, and executive coach.  Marilyn uses this combination of skills to see insights that others may miss, knows what is means to stand in the shoes of a leader, and provides actionable strategies that generate tangible results.  Prior to founding Ready-Aim-Aspire, Marilyn served as CEO of Watermark leading strategic initiatives to help women in the Bay Area enhance their impact. Before joining Watermark, Marilyn was Chief Diversity Officer at Cisco, where she was recognized as a thought leader in creating inclusive equitable environments. Recipient of the Diversity Officer Leadership Award, Black Enterprise Top Executive in Diversity Award, and numerous other awards, Marilyn is a frequent keynote speaker, blogger and contributor to Huffinton Post, Forbes, Inc and Fast Company on topics related to ED&I.

Stacè Middlebrooks is an executive coach and consultant who brings over 20 years of corporate experience in sales, human resources, and inclusion & diversity to her coaching delivery. She has worked in key industries such as technology and telecommunications in global leadership roles to cultivate inclusive, high performing organizations. Stacè’s transformative coaching style facilitates growth in conscious leadership and fulfillment. Her focus on helping leaders live and lead with clarity, purpose, and power has spanned geographies, generations, and cultures. She is a certified conscious business coach and professional certified career coach and uses a strengths-based coaching approach.
